Time and cost

Please note: premised on the fact that we rely on national/international couriers of proven reliability and with adequate facilities to guarantee short delivery times and traceability, the indicated delivery times are those guaranteed by couriers in normal situations and do not take into account extraordinary events (weather events, strikes, holidays, etc.). We always do our best to make sure you receive what you ordered quickly, but we are unable to guarantee the delivery date as it is beyond our scope of work.

You can have your purchase delivered to any address or even to the access point of a contracted carrier.

Shipping times vary from 1 to 6 business days depending on the type of product ordered.

The shipping times indicated in the product pages of the site, while constantly and carefully monitored, are purely indicative and may vary particularly during Holidays, sales, peak periods and according to the distance of the destination to be reached. Islands and inconvenient locations generally require a few extra days.

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of the products and delivery address and are explicitly stated on the checkout page.

Once the delivery address is selected, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.

Italy: free for orders over 60 euros. The shipping cost is €6.10. 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary: free for orders over €100

NB: For shipments to foreign countries, the cost varies by weight and is specified on the summary page before payment.

Shipping times and order status

Extra EU

For Extra EU customers, after logging in, items will be automatically displayed without taxes (VAT 22% in Italy).

For shipments to Extra EU countries, customs and tax costs of the recipient countries are the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping date you will find on the order fulfillment e-mail indicates the day we entrust your order to the courier for delivery to the address you have indicated. However, this date may change for organizational and logistical reasons that are not directly attributable to Erresse.

Orders with the fastest delivery are those placed with online payment (credit cards accepted: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Klarna, Scalapay, Paypal, Ideal, Bancontact, Amazon Pay, ApplePay or Googlepay); payment by bank transfer extends the shipping time.

You will be informed step-by-step about the status of your order via e-mail and can track your shipment through the tracking code that will be given to you (www.tnt.it, www.dhl.com, www.fedex.com)

If you are a registered user you will be able to access this information at any time within the site through your account.

Additional costs

If the shipment is rejected, not picked up (for any reason) or the address given is incorrect all costs resulting from storage and redelivery will be charged to the customer.

Invoicing

For orders that during registration include billing information (VAT number and billing address) an invoice is issued during shipping: the invoice is sent at the same time as the order and inserted in the package. In case of different needs, the invoice can be sent in electronic format (via e-mail): the request for this must be made during the order placement.

Receipt of your purchase

Some tips for receiving goods:

  • Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document delivered by the carrier;
  • Check that packaging is intact and not altered, including the closing tapes;
  • If possible, immediately unpack the product and check that there is no damage;
  • In the event of visible tampering and/or breakage, you must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.

Then send us the report immediately by writing an e-mail to [email protected]. The report must be received no later than 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the goods.

Purchase Document

The goods are sent together with the packing list (document summarizing the items ordered) and the receipt and/or invoice. The documents are placed inside the package and are valid as proof of purchase.

Attention: In the case in which the package must be sent without the “Document of Purchase” (ex. gift) the request must be indicated in the NOTES of the order. In this case the document of purchase will be sent to the buyer in electronic format to the e-mail indicated at the time of order.

Responsibility

To the senses of the article 1510 of the Civil Code the property of a sold good entrusted to a carrier for the delivery, passes to the addressee in the exact moment in which the delivery to the same carrier comes made. The carrier therefore transports in the interest and on behalf of the consignee goods owned by the latter.
