Emile Henry

To build his ceramics, Emile Henry uses only Burgundy clay, a natural material famous for its mineral properties. The resulting terracotta is an excellent conductor of heat, allowing for gradual cooking that maintains the properties and flavors of the ingredients unaltered. Terracotta also manages to keep heat intensely, making it perfect for serving food directly from the oven to the table.
