Erresse sells in Italy, the European Union (EU) and Extra EU*.
*For Non-EU customers, after logging in, items will automatically be displayed without tax (VAT 22% in Italy).
For shipments to Non-EU countries, the customs and tax costs of the recipient countries are the responsibility of the recipient.

For most Italian locations, delivery is normally made within 1/2 working days of order acceptance by DHL or TNT express couriers.
Throughout the rest of the world we ship between 2/6 working days by Fedex, UPS or DHL couriers depending on the area.
The shipping date you will find on the order processing e-mail indicates the day on which we entrust your order to the courier for delivery to the address you have indicated. However, this date may vary for organisational and logistical reasons not directly attributable to Erresse.
Orders with the fastest delivery times are those paid by card (credit cards accepted: VISA, American Express, MasterCard and CartaSì); payments by bank transfer extend the delivery time.
Some tips for receiving goods:
- Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document delivered by the carrier;
- Check that packaging is intact and not altered, including the closing tapes;
- If possible, immediately unpack the product and check that there is no damage;
- In the event of visible tampering and/or breakage, you must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by writing “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.
Then send us the report immediately by writing an e-mail to [email protected]. The report must be received no later than 7 (seven) working days from receipt of the goods.
All products marketed by ERRESSE-SHOP.IT are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. In order to benefit from the assistance under warranty, the Customer shall keep the invoice (or the sales document with receipt) that he will receive along with the purchased goods.
Conventional manufacturer’s warranty is provided in accordance with the procedures illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. This service is provided directly by the manufacturers of the goods sold, through their service centres. The references of these service centres will be provided by ERRESSE-SHOP.IT, which will reply to [email protected].
