Since the creation in 1974 of the first cocotte (cast iron cookware for cooking on low heat), Staub has only one ambition: to achieve perfection. The factory was founded by Francis Staub in the Alsace region of France known for its fine cuisine, and produces in France all his articles enameled cast iron.
