Since the the first casseroles (cast iron pots for slow cooking) were created in 1974, Staub has had one ambition, that is achieving perfection. The brand was founded by Francis Staub in Alsace, a French region known for its fine gastronomy, and produces all its articles in France by using enameled cast iron.
