You can use the flat-bottomed wok from Demeyere to make Asian dishes and much more. The cookware is also suitable for steaming and deep-frying. The wok is suitable for use on all types of cookers, but especially optimised for use on induction hobs
The wok is manufactured out of a multi-layered material all the way from the rim to the body of the pan. As a result, heat can be quickly distributed to the edge. The 36 cm wok which is 12 cm high and has a base diameter of 13 cm can hold up to 8.5 litres. A long handle and another grip on the opposite side ensure you can handle the pan easily. The Demeyere wok provides you with a pan with a high range of uses and an attractive design which you can use to quickly cook healthy recipes.
