Cleaning and care:
- Wait for the product to cool completely before starting to clean it.
- Remove any residue from the base and edges of the product. For stubborn food residue, fill the product with warm soapy water and leave to soak for 15-20 minutes before washing as usual.
- Do not use aggressive detergents, abrasive and/or metal sponges or very hard and rigid brushes to clean the surfaces.
- After washing, dry the product thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
- Saucepan: Saucepans with cast iron and phenolic handles are dishwasher safe. However, constant use of the dishwasher can lead to dulling of the glaze finish.
- Casserole Lid: Lids with stainless steel and phenolic knobs are dishwasher safe. Lids with gold, iridescent, copper and black nickel knobs should be hand washed to maintain the finish.
