How to make coffee:
1. Pour room temperature water into the moka pot and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level otherwise the coffee may be too watery.
2. Now choose your favourite ground coffee blend. Take care! The blend must be specifically ground for the mocha, not too fine. Fill the funnel thoroughly without pressing the coffee down.
3. A little secret? Set the fire to low and take your time. It is worth waiting a few extra minutes to enjoy a great cup of coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, switch off the fire.
4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To best savour all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
