The meat knife with ergonomic handle is a versatile kitchen utensil. With its long sharp blade, it is suitable for preparing and cutting raw meat and for carving roasted meat or poultry. Thanks to its well thought-out shape and three-rivet handle, it is easy to handle and also looks attractive. Thanks to ZWILLING’s special refined cast iron, the stainless steel of the knife blade is particularly resistant to corrosion. The 20 cm long FRIODUR® blade has been stabilised by an ice hardening process and guarantees precise cuts. The cutting properties as well as the durability of the special stainless steel are further optimised by the comfort handle, which is decorated with a small ZWILLING logo in red.
