Cooking indicator
A cooking indicator makes it easy to check the cooking progress, with two levels: the first level is perfect for cooking vegetables, fish and poultry; the other is ideal for thicker meats, potatoes and stews. A third ring signals the presence of pressure inside the pot, which can only be opened when the cooking indicator has fully retracted into the handle.
