Operating valve
It starts working, gradually releasing steam once the internal pressure reaches the pre-set cooking temperature.

Leverblock®
Prevents accidental opening until all the steam has been discharged from the cooker.

Safety valve
The safety valve operates, allowing excess steam to escape.
