CORAVIN STANDARD NEEDLE

Standard needle made of stainless steel and Teflon coating, for maximum durability and easy insertion for hundreds of pours. Precision engineered, with thin walls, the needles access the wine without damaging the cork.

Coravin needles are specifically designed to pierce natural or agglomerated corks and pour the wine without opening the bottle.

The Coravin Standard Needle is the direct replacement for all systems, except the Timeless Eleven and the Pivot model.

This company and its extremely revolutionary products were conceived by an American engineer Greg Lambrecht in 2002. The innovation consists in the application of a needle in the cork of the bottles to be able to extract the wine and consume it over time, without causing damage to the content. This technology therefore allows you to pour the wine without uncorking a bottle as the Argon gas inserted by the needle through the cork will allow the wine to maintain its original characteristics. Wine lovers can no longer do without this innovative product, both at home and in restaurants.
