Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsules power your Coravin Sparkling™ system. The replacement capsules are filled with pure CO2, the same gas that creates the bubbles in sparkling wine, to preserve the taste and effervescence for up to 4 weeks. Each capsule preserves up to 7 standard bottles of sparkling wine.
How to use Coravin Sparkling
Insert the Sparkling Stopper
After pouring all the sparkling wine you want, lift the Stopper’s locking handle to the open position. Then place the Stopper on the open bottle and press the locking handle down firmly until you hear it click.
Resetting the CO2 level
Check the pressure indicator to ensure that it is green. This means that there is a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 capsule installed. Align the system on top of the Stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red, indicating that the bottle is ready to be filled with CO2. When the indicator turns green again, the CO2 level will have been restored.

Instantly check the CO2 status inside the bottle with the simple and intuitive indicator.
Tilt to release gas
When you are ready to remove the stopper, you can release the pressure in the bottle by simply tilting it.
Safety features
The Sparkling loader is designed with an internal regulator that stops charging the bottle when the correct pressure is reached.
