BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE
Wash with suitable detergents avoiding chlorine and bleaching products, rinse and dry thoroughly. Then store them in a dry place. Do not use abrasive sponges or cloths and metal wool pads. Remove residues of salt, lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces, etc. immediately. If using a dishwasher, make sure the treatment includes perfect drying and shining and if not, do it manually. Knife blades are made of tempered 420 martensitic stainless steel which ensures the durability of the sharpening but makes the material more sensitive to corrosive attacks. It is essential to properly maintain the knives by washing and drying them immediately after use.
