Equipped with an E61 brewing group with thermosiphon circulation, the Alfredo ensures impeccable thermal stability, precise extractions, and a full-bodied, aromatic espresso, just like the best coffee shops.
The heat exchanger system (HX) allows for simultaneous espresso and steam dispensing, while electronic water management and dual pressure gauges allow for complete control over every preparation stage.
TSP Smart PID technology offers four temperature settings, adjustable pre-infusion, a Steam Boost function, a brew timer, a programmable ECO mode, and an anti-overheating algorithm that always preserves extraction quality.
