World Premiere: The Revolutionary Z10 with P.R.G. for Hot Coffee Specialties and Cold Brew
The new Z10, a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, doubles the variety of coffee specialties. With the push of a button, it prepares the entire range of hot drinks, from intense espresso to trendy flat white. With Cold Brew specialties, it opens up a new dimension of coffee enjoyment, allowing access to a whole parallel universe. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognizes the selected specialty and adjusts the grind size exactly in seconds.
The New Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.)
To ensure the optimal grind for each specialty, JURA engineers developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). This precision grinder electronically sets the grind size in fractions of a second—much faster and more frequently than a manual setting. The grind range goes from very fine for short coffees to very coarse for long specialties. However, coffee connoisseurs don’t need to worry about this: the adjustment occurs automatically during preparation, and it can still be set individually before brewing.
Cold Brew – Extreme Freshness
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks are made with hot coffee that’s then cooled, the Z10 extracts the coffee with cold water at high pressure, using a pulsed process and coarsely ground coffee. The result is a refreshing, natural, and energizing drink in which the fruity aromas of the coffee fully develop without the negative influence of bitter substances. This is not just simple iced coffee.
8th Generation Brewing Group
The brewing group is the heart of every automatic coffee machine. For the Z10, JURA created the 8th-generation brewing group. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it ensures an even flow of water through the coffee grounds on different levels, for maximum aroma extraction—both for hot and Cold Brew specialties.
