Cold Brew – Extreme Freshness Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks are made with hot coffee that is later cooled down, the Z10 extracts it with cold water at high pressure, using a pulsed process and more coarsely ground coffee. The result is a refreshing, natural, and energizing drink in which the fruity aromas of the coffee fully develop without the negative influence of bitter substances.
