Classic: Hot Brew
Intense espresso and hot coffee: the ENA 5 prepares these two classics impeccably. To perfectly accentuate the nuanced profile of the espresso, it uses the P.E.P.® pulse extraction process, which optimises the extraction time and releases more aromatic substances from the freshly ground coffee: for an espresso with extraordinary barista quality. In the standard brewing process, the coffee takes on its excellent characteristic note. Both specialities can easily be adjusted to individual taste preferences.
Special: Cold Brew
The ENA 5 also has an eye on the world of trendy cold-extracted coffee specialties. It prepares Cold Brew at the touch of a button thanks to the Cold Extraction Process. With the fully automatic cold extraction, cold water is forced through the freshly ground coffee in slow, intermittent bursts at a high pressure typical of the espresso method. This develops the characteristic fruity aromas of the energizing and delicious Cold Brew.
New pleasure: Light Brew
JURA presents the new Light Extraction Process and integrates it into the ENA 5. Light Brew is brewed at around 60 °C and is prepared with less coffee than the classic Hot Brew. The result is a completely new and unique flavour profile, which Light Brew offers in a well-tempered, ready-to-drink form. Connoisseurs appreciate Light Brew for its light, airy note and delicate aroma.
