Coffee enjoyment is not the result of chance, but rather of innovations such as the compact VC (Vacuum-Clean) brewing unit. Thanks to it, the coffee always flows into the cup in ideal conditions. The pulsed extraction process (P.E.P.®) optimises the aroma of short specialities such as ristretto and espresso. The microfoam technology prepares a soft and gentle milk foam for cappuccino & Co.
