Exceptional quality
Made from 1.5mm thick carbon steel, it offers excellent heat conduction, making it ideal for high temperature and high speed cooking, while ensuring a consistent temperature. The non-stick coating is suitable for use with metal utensils.
The long phenolic handle makes it easy to carry and perfectly balanced, thus preventing tipping. It is firmly fixed to the wok with two rivets, ensuring it will not loosen or wobble over time.
IMPORTANT:
This wok is not compatible with metal utensils; it is preferable to use wooden or nylon utensils to avoid scratches.
The wok is suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction; however, it is advisable to also consult the hob manufacturer’s instructions for use. Not suitable for use in conventional or microwave ovens. If the handle becomes loose during use, tighten it immediately. Always adjust the base of the wok to the cooking zone on which it will be used. Add oil to the wok and heat carefully until small “ripples” appear on the surface of the oil.
Cleaning:
Let the wok cool for a few minutes before cleaning. For stubborn food residue, fill with hot soapy water and leave to soak. Only use cleaning sponges specifically designed for non-stick surfaces. Do not use metal scouring pads, abrasive or very hard scouring pads, dish brushes or abrasive products on any surface.
