What distinguishes professional equipment from hobby tools? The material and the workmanship: for Nesto we used extra-resistant 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel. Nesto has a 6 mm thick encapsulated thermal base with an aluminium core. This ensures that the floors do not buckle even in extremely hot conditions and therefore guarantee optimal heat distribution.

Lids with steam outlet
Nesto lids have a lateral steam outlet and therefore perfectly direct the escaping steam into fans and Downdraft extractor hoods.
Kitchen odours, steam and grease are continuously removed and the cooking area remains clean!
