Emile Henry was founded in 1850.
Emile Henry ceramics allow heat to be gradually distributed for low-heat cooking of food, thus maintaining the flavours and aromas as well as the natural elements present in food.
Healthy low-temperature cooking of Emile Henry ceramics maintains flavours, conserves vitamins and nutritional qualities.
Emile Henry products are manufactured with natural components: untreated clay for the dough, sand, filtered water, natural mineral oxides for colours. Emile Henry products do not contain heavy metals that are harmful to health: lead, cadmium and nickel free.
Emile Henry products are shock-resistant and can be used with high temperature changes. They can be used in the dishwasher.
The Emile Henry bread maker allows you to bake large and generous loaves (up to 1.5 kg), easy to cut into equal slices.
To vary the taste and texture of your bread (gluten-free, rye bread, etc.), you can mix different flours together.
Thanks to its refractory ceramic dome lid, the bread maker creates the same conditions as a traditional bread oven, with just the right amount of humidity during baking to get a golden, crispy crust with a soft, airy interior.
The ribs on the bottom prevent the loaf from sticking, and the small handles make it easy to handle, even when hot.
The base also fits inside the lid for easy storage. Italian bread, grainy braided loaf or with onions, the bread maker allows you to bake a wide variety of different recipes!
