Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread made from a thin, very fluid dough that gives it a unique moist texture, chewy interior and unique flavour.
Thanks to the Ciabatta Baker’s 2 cavities, the loaves (up to 250 g each) are well shaped, resulting in uniform slices, but also more suitable for making sandwiches.
The domed lid helps control the moisture level to ensure a slightly crispy crust, while keeping the inside moist and soft.
