This oval baking dish with lid is the perfect pan for savoury and sweet au gratin dishes and other baked dishes. The dish has a fine graphite grey colour, measures 23 cm x 17 cm and can hold up to 1 litre. It can be kept safe thanks to the cast iron handles. The casserole dish from Staub’s Crockery series is suitable for both frying and pre-cooking food on the hob and in the oven. The cast iron distributes the heat evenly so that your food is evenly browned and crispy. In addition, it retains heat and thus promotes efficient cooking.
