A revolutionary moka pot that combines the technology developed by illycaffè and the design expertise of Alessi. Designed by Michele de Lucchi, Pulcina incorporates a small but substantial design innovation that interrupts the delivery of the drink at the right moment, before the coffee acquires a bitter aftertaste. This enhances the full-bodied, rounded aroma of this beverage. The spout, reminiscent of a chick’s beak (hence the name of the coffeepot) allows the droplet to be perfectly cut.
Cast aluminium coffee pot. Handle and knob in PA, red. Magnetic steel base also suitable for induction cooking.
