With the introduction of the Gourmet series, the requirements of professional and amateur chefs regarding the construction and design of graters have been met and the function has been further improved. With an elegant design, the graters of the Gourmet series offer a non-slip rubber base for greater stability, a pleasant soft-touch handle and a larger grating surface. On the one hand, this design allows diagonal working, on the other hand, the grater finds a secure hold on bowls, plates and pots.
The set consists of a grater, a vegetable slicer and a cutting glove, packaged in a gift box.
Grater
With the sharp, photo-etched blades of the Grater – made in the USA – foods such as citrus peel, chocolate, ginger, nutmeg etc. are cut effortlessly and precisely and do not tear.
Slicer
The slicer can be used to cut potatoes, zucchini, carrots, beets, onions, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms or apples into wafer-thin slices of approximately 2 millimetres thick.
Glove
The protective glove offers protection and safety when working with the sharp Microplane graters. It is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and can be hygienically washed in the washing machine up to 60°C.
