This Grill comes with two sets of removable, dishwasher-safe plates. Use the ribbed plates for perfect grill marks on meats and sandwiches or the smooth plates for eggs and pancakes. You can also have one grill per type.
With a temperature of 240 °C, it cooks steaks in minutes. Different heat settings give you total control over cooking, even delicate fish and vegetables. Rapid heating and heat recovery enable you to achieve professional cooking results whatever your recipe. The high-quality non-stick coating requires only a little oil and the integrated tray conveniently collects excess fat.
When used as a closed grill, the movable hinge rests gently on the food, cooking meat quickly and evenly on both sides. By opening it fully you can use it for more delicate ingredients or for a larger cooking surface. You can set the timer to be notified when the food is ready.
