The revolutionary Z10 with P.R.G. for hot and Cold Brew coffee specialties
The new Z10, a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, doubles the variety of coffee specialties. With the press of a button, it prepares the full range of hot beverages, from intense espresso to trendy flat white, while the Cold Brew specialties introduce a new dimension of coffee pleasure, opening the door to a whole new universe. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which detects the selected specialty and automatically adjusts the grind fineness within seconds.
The new Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.)
To ensure optimal grinding for each specialty, JURA engineers developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). This precision grinder electronically sets the desired grind in fractions of a second, much faster and more frequently than manual adjustments. The grind range goes from very fine for short drinks to very coarse for long specialties. Coffee connoisseurs need not worry: the adjustment happens automatically during preparation and can still be set individually before brewing.
Cold Brew – extreme freshness
Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee drinks are made by brewing hot coffee and letting it cool, in the Z10 the extraction occurs with cold water under high pressure, using a pulsed process and coarser ground coffee. The result is a refreshing, natural, energizing drink, where the fruity aromas of the coffee develop fully without the negative influence of bitter substances. It’s more than just iced coffee.
8th generation brewing group
The brewing group is the heart of every automatic machine. For the Z10, JURA has developed the 8th generation brewing group. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it ensures the even flow of water through the coffee grounds at various levels, optimizing aroma extraction – whether for hot or Cold Brew specialties.
Luxury at its finest
The front and top panels of the Signature Line by JURA are made of 3mm thick solid aluminum. A series of complex processing steps gives the material its characteristic “face” from the Z line. The electrochemical anodization process enhances the surface, and the color accentuates both the characteristic material and the refined design. The solid, chrome-plated zinc die-cast cup holder completes the unique and unmistakable look of the Z10 Signature Line.
The JURA machine offers 40 coffee specialties, including Espresso, Cold Brew, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, and many other variations with extra shot or sweet options.
