With the Berkel Serrated Blade Kit for Home Line PLUS 250 you can slice different types of products safely with a few simple gestures. Thanks to the new kit it will be possible to switch from a smooth blade to a serrated blade in a short time, facilitating thorough cleaning of the blade and the back blade.
The kit is composed and already assembled by:
– Made in Italy tempered steel blade with reverse serration for a more delicate cut
– Blade extractor, which allows you to remove the slicer blade in complete safety and then place it inside the packaging
The serrated blade creates very thin slices, without ruining the quality. Ideal for cutting harder products, such as:
– Matured sausages
– Different types of bread with a crispier crust
– Some types of fruit with a harder skin and thinner skin such as tomatoes
