Authentic Cold Brew specialties at the touch of a button
They are popular, trendy and fashionable: Cold Brew specialties. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the GIGA W10 prepares them in record time and easily at the touch of a button. While many conventional cold coffee drinks are prepared with hot coffee that is then cooled, the GIGA W10 uses cold water under high pressure in a pulsed process according to the espresso method. The result is a genuine Cold Brew creation, a refreshing, natural and energizing drink, in which the fruity aromas of the coffee fully develop without the negative influence of bitter substances. Everything but a simple cold coffee.
An inexhaustible range of coffee specialties
With its 35 coffee specialties, the GIGA W10 offers a variety that leaves nothing to be desired. But that’s not all: you can adapt the GIGA W10 to the preferences of your customers, guests and employees. The innovative control system offers endless customisation options. For example, enjoy a particularly intense flat white by activating the Extra Shot function. The revolutionary Cold Extraction Process doubles the variety of flavours, allowing you to prepare all coffee specialities with cold water. Thanks to the new water bypass, you can also prepare both hot and cold long Barista specialities.
Two coffee grinders with ceramic burrs, two coffee bean containers
To ensure maximum professionalism, the GIGA W10 has two coffee grinders with circular burrs made of high-quality, long-lasting ceramic. The two coffee bean containers connected to them each have a capacity of 650 grams. This configuration allows you to choose the ideal coffee blend for every cup. So, for example, enjoy hot specialities prepared with a classic dark roast and cold brew drinks with a coffee quality with pleasant fruity notes. All of this, of course, always in accordance with the JURA motto “freshly ground, not in a capsule”.
Cashless payment and convenient central management
The GIGA W10 features the new payment and management system Pocket Pilot 2.0. With Pocket Pilot 2.0, both cashless payment and central machine monitoring take place without additional infrastructure thanks to “Payment Connect”, which can be used conveniently in the GIGA W10. The web-based system is free of charge and does not require any software installation. Simply create an account for JURA Pocket Pilot 2.0 and you have a fully automated machine management system that meets all your needs.
