How to Use Coravin Sparkling
Installing the Coravin Sparkling Stopper
Once you have poured the desired amount of sparkling wine, lift the stopper locking handle to the unlocked position. Place the cap on the open bottle and firmly press the locking handle until it is flush.
Loading the CO2 Bottle
Check the pressure indicator to make sure it is green, indicating that you have a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 installed. Align the charger with the cap and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red, indicating that the cylinder is ready to be charged. When the indicator turns green, the cylinder is fully charged.
