The Professional Aroma Grinder ensures an ideal grinding result, the state-of-the-art infusion processes allow the aromas to release in all their intensity and the soft and delicate milk foam expertly crowns the trend specialties. The innovative E8 is able to prepare 17 different specialties – from aromatic espresso to trendy cortado. Even the long and light specialties, such as Barista coffee and long Barista, have nothing to envy to the creations of the best bars. A new fluid system allows the preparation strictly according to tradition. Those who prefer an even more intense flavor, can prepare cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato activating the additional function Extra Shot.
Thanks to the perfected fluid system, the cleaning of the milk system also takes place automatically with the press of a button, an additional function of the E8 hitherto reserved for the top lines of JURA. The E8 also stands out for its even more intuitive handling and ease of use.
Quality of first class coffee
The Professional Aroma Grinder guarantees 12.2%* of extra aroma and a high and consistent grinding quality, allowing the aromas to be released in all their intensity throughout the life of the coffee grinder. The pulsed extraction process (P.E.P) allows the preparation of short full-flavored specialties and ensures intelligent preheating for optimal temperature from the first cup.
Maximum comfort of use
A 2.8″ color display, six buttons and a completely new philosophy of use ensure easy handling. Product settings and their individual placement on the display can be adapted as desired and product names can be displayed or hidden. All relevant information for the automatic machine and the maintenance instructions are clearly displayed in the Cockpit via the display.
Cleaning the One-Touch milk system
The sophisticated cleaning function of the milk system is automatically activated at the push of a button and takes place very quickly. The water collection tray is characterized by maximum ergonomics: it can be removed comfortably with one hand and its structure prevents water from overflowing.
