Biscuits with a classic taste
The Classic version of the biscuit machine retains the same construction qualities, with simpler lines and a design that fits into any kitchen.
THE DOUGH FOR THE BISCUITS
Ingredients:
- 500g ’00’ wheat flour
- 200g sugar
- 250g butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 small cup of milk
Mix the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour the egg yolks into the middle and mix the mixture with a fork. Add the butter melted in a bain-marie, the milk and knead the dough with your hands until it is completely smooth and soft.
PREPARING BISCUITS FOR USE
Unscrew the closing ring nut of the die and lift the piston. Fill the cylinder of biscuits well with part of the dough. Insert the chosen die inside the closing ring, keeping the raised part of the die facing downwards. Screw the closing ring tightly onto the cylinder. Choose the size of biscuits you want to make by turning the adjuster below the lever.
HOW TO MAKE BISCUITS
Turn the upper knob until the toothed side is on the side of the lever. Lower the lever a few times until the dough comes out evenly from the holes in the die. Remove the dough from the die. Place Biscuits directly on the clean baking tray, without adding butter or baking paper. Push down the lever and lift Biscuits off the baking tray. The biscuit will have stuck to the surface. Proceed until the entire baking tray is filled. Preheat the oven to about 180 °C (= 356 °F). Bake the baking tray with the biscuits for about 20 minutes. When cooked, remove the biscuits from the baking tray and decorate them as desired.
TIPS
- Before using the machine, wash all components in hot water with detergent and dry them immediately with a cloth;
- To lift the piston, turn the knob until the toothed side is positioned in the opposite direction to the lever;
- Always carefully dry all the components of Biscuits;
- Decorate the biscuits with jam, chocolate chips, icing or candied fruit.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Just a few small steps are sufficient to maintain the Biscuits machine for a long time. Never wash the machine in water or in the dishwasher. After each use, wash all parts of the machine with warm water and detergent. Use a small brush or toothpick to remove dough residues from the dies and ferrules. After washing, dry the various parts thoroughly with a cotton cloth.
