The Staub round roasting pan allows you to prepare crispy chicken with a ‘fresh from the grill’ taste. Simply place the chicken in the roasting tin and place it in the oven to cook it evenly on all sides for a crispy skin. The Staub roasting tin is equipped with a thermally conductive cast iron spit, which ensures that the chicken is fully cooked. The rest of the roasting pan is also made of cast iron coated with matt black enamel. The 24 cm wide drip pan collects excess grease, resulting in tender, low-fat meat. The large round roasting pan also helps to keep the oven clean, which means you don’t have to think about anything else but the dish being prepared. The Staub roasting pan can be used in any oven for cooking chicken and poultry in general. The weight of this pan makes it extremely stable, even when cooking large birds.
