Care and Maintenance:
PRECAUTIONS: Treat silver-plated and PVD articles as indicated for stainless steel articles. Absolutely avoid the use of abrasive products such as metal and synthetic sponges which will irreparably damage silver and PVD surfaces. Silver in the presence of air is prone to sulphurisation, taking on a more or less uniform dark colour. This also occurs through contact with certain substances in food. This is a natural phenomenon that does not damage the silver coating but alters its appearance. In order to restore silver to its original shine, it must be polished with the help of specific products. The use of cleaners diluted in warm water is recommended.
