Erresse, located in Milan (Italy), was created to provide unique and individual items for the home and kitchen combining design, functionality and beauty.

Erresse delivers to Italy, the European Union (EU) and Extra-EU countries*.

*For Extra-EU customers, after logging in, items will be automatically displayed without taxes (VAT 22% in Italy).
For shipments to Extra-EU countries, the customs and tax costs of the recipient countries must be paid by the customer.

Availability

The availability of the product is always indicated within the product detail page.

There are different levels of availability:

  • Product available: the product in the catalog is in stock, you can order it and in a short time it will arrive at your home or you can pick it up directly in store.
  • Product available in a few days: the product will be available in “…”. (the number of working days of supply is indicated). To be sure to have the product you want you should order it now to avoid being without!
  • Product available on order: the product can be ordered and is normally available in 5-7 working days.

Attention: The timing of supply in our warehouse (indicated in the product details) is based on the availability history of suppliers. Although we always work to deliver our products in the shortest possible time, delivery times indicated are not in any way binding.

Shipping time and order status

On most Italian locations, delivery is normally within 1/2 working days from the acceptance of the order with the courier TNT, DHL Express or BRT.

The date of shipment that you will find on the mail order indicates the day on which we entrust your order to the courier for delivery at the address indicated. This date may still be subject to change for organizational and logistical reasons.
The orders with faster delivery are those made with payment online (Paypal, Stripe, credit card: VISA, American Express, MasterCard and CartaSì are accepted); payments by bank transfer extend the time of shipment.

You will be informed step by step on the status of your order via e-mail and you can follow the shipment through the tracking code that will be indicated (www.tnt.it, www.dhl.it or www.brt.it)
If you are a registered user you can access this information at any time within the site through your account.

Attention: Given that we rely on national/international couriers, proven reliability and adequate facilities to ensure short time and traceability of the shipment, the delivery times shown are those guaranteed by couriers in normal situations and do not take into account extraordinary events (weather, strikes, holidays, etc..). We always do our best to make you receive quickly what you ordered but we are not able to guarantee the date of delivery as it is an activity that goes beyond our work.

Transport cost

For Italy the cost of transport and packaging is a fixed amount of 6.10 € (including VAT).
For all orders shipped in Italy with a total amount higher than € 70 net (from the total must be excluded any vouchers / discount) the transport and packaging will be carried out free of charge.

Additional costs

If the shipment is rejected, not picked up (for any reason) or the address given is incorrect, all costs from storage and redelivery will be charged to the customer.

Payment

The forms of payment available are: Bank Transfer, Credit Card and PayPal.

Bank Transfer: Once you have received the confirmation e-mail of “Registration of the order” you can make the bank transfer at the bank BNL (IBAN IT80A0100520400000000003626 to the attention of: Erresse). In the reason for the transfer remember to report the number “Order ID” (reported on the e-mail) assigned to your order. As soon as the transfer will be delivered, the goods will be shipped. If the transfer is not credited within 7 days, the order is automatically canceled by the system.

Credit Card: For payment by credit card we have relied on Cartasì-Key Client (www.keyclient.it) of Cartasì Group ICBPI (Central Institute of Italian Popular Banks), a leading company in the management of online transactions in accordance with international standards for data protection and adhering to the security protocols of the circuits VISA and MasterCard. When you make the payment by credit card you will be directed to the secure site of Cartasì-Key Client in order to guarantee total security thanks to the connection in SSL 128 Bit protected mode. At the end of the transaction you will receive a confirmation email from Cartasì-Key Client.

PayPal: The operation of Paypal is very similar to that of a common bank account: after opening the account you can send or receive money, make payments online quickly. In addition, PayPal meets the highest security standards on the market and has anti-fraud technologies that protect every transaction. If you already have a PayPal account and decide to buy with this mode, after sending the order you will be directed to the checkout page of PayPal (safe and secure SSL transaction) where you will simply enter your login credentials chosen during the registration to PayPal.

Receipt of your purchase

Some advice for the reception of the goods:

  • Check that the number of packages delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document delivered by the courier.
  • Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
  • If possible, immediately unpack the product and check that there are no damages.
  • In case of tampering and / or visible breaks you must immediately dispute the shipment and / or delivery by placing the words “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery note received by courier.

Then send us the report immediately by filling out the form on the site. in the “Contact Us” area: Contact Form. The report must be received no later than 7 (seven) working days from receipt of goods.

Purchase Document

The goods are sent together with the packing list (document summarizing the items ordered) and the receipt and/or invoice. The documents are placed inside the package and are valid as proof of purchase.

Attention: In the case in which the package must be sent without the “Document of Purchase” (ex. gift) the request must be indicated in the NOTES of the order. In this case the document of purchase will be sent to the buyer in electronic format to the e-mail indicated at the time of order.

Responsibility

To the senses of the article 1510 of the Civil Code the property of a sold good entrusted to a carrier for the delivery, passes to the addressee in the exact moment in which the delivery to the same carrier comes made. The carrier therefore transports in the interest and on behalf of the consignee goods owned by the latter.
