Marga Mulino is the only machine with which you can prepare both flakes and cereal flour in just a few minutes. It can be used for both soft grains such as Oats, Barley, Rye, Soft Wheat, and hard grains such as Spelt, Kamut, Rice and Buckwheat.
Marga Mulino works by means of three rollers rotating at different speeds. The distance between the rollers, determined by a regulator, defines the type of processing to be carried out: position 5-6, to obtain cereal flour, positions 1 to 4 to obtain cereal flakes with a different finish.

Milling fresh cereals at home guarantees you a product that retains its original organoleptic and nutritional properties. You can finally consume a product of which you control every process and use ingredients in the kitchen that are not always readily available. Taste and well-being
- To understand the most appropriate degree of grinding for a cereal, try grinding a small amount at different positions of the regulator;
- use the flours milled with Marga Mulino, both to enrich your doughs and to create new recipes. You will discover new tastes and
combinations - add fresh flakes to biscuits or bread before baking;

- to obtain a very fine and pure flour, use a kitchen sieve to remove excess bran
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
A few small precautions are sufficient to maintain Marga Mulino for a long time. Never wash the machine in water or in the dishwasher. To clean the machine, simply remove any stuck product with the brush provided. To clean the rollers, we recommend grinding a small amount of rice. If too hard a grain gets stuck inside the rollers, use the machine by hand to apply more force.
