A few tips for using your Emile Henry tagine:<\/strong><\/p>\n Always start on low heat for the first 5 minutes to gradually increase the temperature. Do not heat the base of your empty tagine: always add a little water or oil. Make sure there is always juice in your tagine while cooking. If necessary, you can add a small glass of water.
