Our Delight Tagine allows you to create delicious traditional tagine recipes and other simmering dishes on all types of heat sources (including induction hobs) and in the oven.<\/p>\n
Made from the latest innovative ceramic, it is lighter than a traditional tagine and offers the advantage of healthy cooking that respects the nutritional qualities of the ingredients used.<\/p>\n
It also spreads the heat evenly for a gentle simmer, bringing out the delicate flavours of the ingredients. The result is tender, moist and full of flavour, thanks to the unique shape of the lid that allows evaporated juices to circulate.<\/p>\n
The clean lines provide elegant table service and enhance all kinds of recipes, both exotic and more traditional. Its naturally non-stick coating makes it easy to clean and maintain.<\/p>\n
