\nWe recommend using Le Creuset silicone utensils or those made of wood or heat-resistant plastic. Use metal utensils carefully, taking care to be gentle and not to scrape the cooking surface as this may cause damage.
\nUse the product on the hob ring of the most appropriate size: it will make cooking food more even and reduce the risk of damage to handles and edges. This is especially important for induction hobs: if the wrong size ring is used, there is a risk that the hob will not ‘recognise’ the product.
\nCooking over medium or low heat produces the best results. Heat the product gradually to achieve extraordinary flavours and even cooking. If it is necessary to use a higher heat, lower the intensity once the desired heat level has been reached.
\nDo not slide and\/or drag the product across a glass hob as this may cause damage to the base of the product and the glass. Always lift the product when placing, moving or removing it from the surface.<\/p>\n
\nWait for the product to cool completely before you start cleaning it.
