In addition, the double-walled body keeps the heat inside the 1850-watt cylinder for longer and remains cool on the outside. For the most part, the lid has a maximum opening angle of 70 degrees to prevent direct contact with hot steam. The 1.5 l seamless stainless steel container is also extremely easy to clean and the limescale filter, also partly made of stainless steel, ensures a better taste. The tightly fitting filter seals the spout when the lid is closed to prevent spillage to a minimum, even when it inadvertently bumps into the kettle. An additional safety function is dry boiling and overheating protection, which automatically switches the cylinder off to prevent damage to the heating element. The cylinder is also switched off when it is removed from its housing. The housing with cable reel facilitates storage.<\/p>\n
