Thanks to the innovative Vapo Jet technology, the steam is delivered about 30 seconds after switching on, allowing a minimum waste of time and therefore energy.
Most other steamers emit steam between 3 and 7 minutes after ignition.
VIVO Vapo Jet is one of the most capacious steamers on the market with a maximum capacity of 11 litres on two levels, 6 litres for the lower part and 5 litres for the upper one. The maximum capacity can be extended up to 15/16 liters by adding a third level (can be purchased separately).
In addition, it is possible to mount the upper basket without mounting the intermediate shelf, this allows you to insert even large foods in the steamer, such as a whole chicken or a small pumpkin.
Vapo Jet steam is called micro-steam because it is emitted in smaller particles than normal steam from boiling water. This allows greater penetration into the food, greater uniformity and gentleness in cooking.
This steamer has been designed to be always on the kitchen top, taking up as little space as possible.
