The casserole guarantees optimal heat distribution to the sides thanks to the 7 ply InductoSeal base. This ensures that all ingredients are evenly cooked. The pan can be used on all cookers, including induction hobs. The TriplInduc® technology optimises its use on induction plates, thanks to the excellent magnetic properties, which work up to 30 per cent more efficiently on this heat source.
The matte polished Silvinox® surface of the frying pan prevents smears such as fingerprints being left – the pan remains hygienically clean. In total, the pan has a diameter of 29 cm and is 14 cm tall, with a volume of 4.4 litres.
