The new Gnocchi like a Pro set by Marcato includes all the essential accessories for making excellent gnocchi, garganelli and gnocchi alla romana at home: the practical board for grooving gnocchi, a rod for making garganelli, 2 moulds for gnocchi alla romana, a rolling pin and a “Acqua, Farina Marcato” apron.

All the Marcato products contained in the set are made entirely in Italy with high quality raw materials, to guarantee the preparation of healthy, good and safe dishes.

The board to line the gnocchi is made of pear wood and included in the set is a rod, also made of pear wood, to make garganelli. Garganelli are a typical egg pasta format of Romagna: the preparation consists in rolling a small portion of pasta around the rod and sliding it, pressing lightly on the grooved board to imprint the typical groove on the pasta. With the two steel molds for gnocchi alla romana, one smooth and one festooned, you get gnocchi with the typical shape of the Lazio specialty, prepared with semolina.

Thanks to the new Marcato “Gnocchi like a Pro” set, you can prepare delicious fresh pasta dishes with your own hands every day, according to your own taste and imagination.
