KnIndustrie in partnership with the historic and prestigious Berti Coltelleria (cutlery), presents a collection of kitchen knives made up of 13 different types and specifications.
Since 1895 the company Berti produces high quality knives drawing on the expertise and skill of its craftsmen, making small artifacts from the ancient forms and using traditional materials and precious.
This is the experience that is the basis of the new draft knives KnIndustrie: a collection that, thanks to sophisticated production technologies and innovative approaches, offers a product that maintains the quality characteristics typical of handmade knives, respecting the forms.
All knives are made entirely of stainless steel 18/10 with particular attention to the specific characteristics of the blades and handles impressive materials. A collection designed to ensure a high standard in the quality of cut, a key element of the functionality of the knife, which KnIndustrie, through extensive research is able to obtain with his experience in steel processing.
